Welcome to Mountain Crest, this space is exclusive to women and offers one to one service in the relaxed and comfortable setting of a home. The goal is to provide the best quality in care, customized to you, while in a warm, slow paced, and stress free environment. This is a neighborhood sanctuary, allowing space to decompress and build a better state of being. The spa policy allows for transparent information to ensure efficiency and enjoyment at Mountain Crest.

Appointments & Arrivals

Spa services are available by appointment only. Scheduling can be done via the website, through the noterro app, or directly through me. It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows for time to go over any forms, discuss your case, and prepare for the start of your service.

online booking

A flat rate deposit of $30 is required at time of booking. This deposit may be refunded if a request to cancel has been compliant with the 24 hours notice policy.

I truly value your business and appreciate your cooperation with the cancellation policy. Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If it’s emergent and you have to cancel with less than the 24 hours notice, there may be a cancellation fee of $60. If you happen to miss your appointment completely without any notice, then the full amount of your service will be charged. Thank you for your understanding around this cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

Please understand that spa appointments are designed to allow appropriate time for the service. Scheduling does not always allow for extension of service considering others appointments and hours of operation. If there is a reasonable amount of time to continue with the appointment we will do so, if not we will have to reschedule your appointment for a later date, and there may be a cancellation fee.

Late arrivals

Payment

Payment is expected to be paid in full at the end of the appointment. You can choose to pay up front at booking, or you can put the deposit amount down and pay the remainder at your appointment. Major credit cards accepted. Exact cash is also accepted, with the disclaimer of not having cash on hand for any change.

Gratuities

Service pricing does not include gratuity. Gratuities are accepted at in person check out via your payment method of choice, or cash is also welcomed. The average gratuity for spa service is anywhere from 15%-20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction, and it is not at all a requirement for service.

etiquette

This space is meant to disconnect in peace and tranquility. If able, unplug completely, if not please put your cell phone on vibrate to fully enjoy your experience. Sauna sessions are solo, so you may dress down to your comfort level, still ensuring that there is a towel down on the bench. When in common areas, outside of the sauna, please cover with either a spa wrap, robe, or towel.

waivers

There are waivers for both massage and sauna that are set up for new clients and can be signed online at initial booking. If you would like a preview of these waivers prior to scheduling, please reach out.

memberships

Mountain Crest memberships are set up as a monthly subscription at a minimum of a 3 month commitment. Memberships expire after 3 months, at that time you can choose to extend, purchase a package, or purchase single services as needed. Memberships are not available to purchase directly through online booking therefore the booking deposit does not apply. Cancellation policy is still enacted. To purchase memberships please inquire via contact form, spa consultation time, or in person at your appointment.

Packages

Packages are set up as a base of 6 sessions at a discounted rate paid in full. Custom packages can be made for more than 6 sessions, inquire for details. Packages do not expire and can be used at your discretion. Traditionally packages are also non-refundable and non-transferable.

Spa promotions

Any specials offered cannot be used in combination with an already existing offer or special, including membership or package pricing.
